MTU_ValueService Service units

MTU Onsite Energy sets the industry benchmark for robust and reliable diesel engine systems, gas engine systems, gas turbine systems and fuel cell systems. We also set service standards to match with a program which includes transportable service units as well as workshop and test bench facilities.
A combination of 2 independent units with external dimensions and fixtures compatible with standard 40’ containers. They can be easily transported and set up in virtually any location at their final destination.

The ‘twin’ units can be configured side-by-side or set up as single modules.
MTU Onsite Energy Service Units are available either with customized interior equipment or with a standard basic program including workbenches, fold-away tables, drilling machine, hydraulic press, basic tools, air compressor etc.
The units are air-conditioned and insulated to withstand the climatic conditions at their final destination.

With flat interior and exterior walls designed to make the most effective use of space within the units, their design differs from the shape of standard containers. Nevertheless, the main dimensions, transportation fittings and securing locks are compatible with typical 40’ containers. A high-cube solution is also available on request.

All beams and frames in the basic construction of the Service Units are made of hot-galvanized steel to ensure long-term resistance to local weather conditions.
