The 85-metre-long mega yacht Seven Seas (construction number 706) from Oceanco is powered by two MTU diesel engines type 16V 595 TE70 and thus reaches a maximum speed of 20 knots. The follow-up yacht (construction number 707) will be equipped with two MTU engines type 20V 4000 M73L with a power output of 3,600 kW (4,828 bhp) each. The on-board power supply will be provided by three MTU gensets: Two type 8V 2000 M50A gensets and one type 12V 2000 M50A genset.
