Their compact size means that MTU engines will fit into existing engine compartments without any problems - and they can utilize the existing peripherals. Thanks to their excellent power-to-weight ratio they can also deliver increased power in comparison with the old drive unit without exceeding permissible axle loads or requiring a redesign of the other components.
Of course, as a professional partner, we do not simply supply engines for repowering.
